Description

A fun and indulgent party snack, these loaded tater tots on skewers are crispy, cheesy, and perfect for sharing. Ideal for game day, BBQs, or casual get-togethers.


Ingredients

  • 1 (32 oz) bag frozen tater tots
  • 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • Skewers (metal or soaked wooden)
  • Nonstick cooking spray
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with foil and lightly coat with nonstick spray.
  2. Thread tater tots onto skewers, about 6–8 per skewer.
  3. Place skewers on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 20–25 minutes, turning once, until golden and crispy.
  4. Remove from oven and immediately sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese and bacon crumbles.
  5. Return to oven for 3–5 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
  6. Remove from oven and let cool slightly. Drizzle with sour cream and top with sliced green onions.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve warm and enjoy!
