A fun and indulgent party snack, these loaded tater tots on skewers are crispy, cheesy, and perfect for sharing. Ideal for game day, BBQs, or casual get-togethers.

- 1 (32 oz) bag frozen tater tots
- 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup sour cream
- 2 green onions, sliced
- Skewers (metal or soaked wooden)
- Nonstick cooking spray
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with foil and lightly coat with nonstick spray.
- Thread tater tots onto skewers, about 6–8 per skewer.
- Place skewers on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 20–25 minutes, turning once, until golden and crispy.
- Remove from oven and immediately sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese and bacon crumbles.
- Return to oven for 3–5 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
- Remove from oven and let cool slightly. Drizzle with sour cream and top with sliced green onions.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve warm and enjoy!

- Serve with ranch dressing or hot sauce on the side.
