- 1 cup dried cranberries

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- Beat in the eggs, one at a time, followed by the orange zest and orange juice.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Fold in the dried cranberries and white chocolate chips, if using.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
- Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
- Make sure to let the butter soften at room temperature for easier mixing.
- You can use fresh cranberries if you prefer, but they may change the texture slightly.
