- Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions
- Prepare the Lobster: If using lobster tails, cut the tails in half lengthwise and remove the meat. Cut the lobster into bite-sized pieces.
- Cook the Lobster: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the lobster pieces and cook for 2-3 minutes until just opaque and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
- Make the Garlic Butter Sauce: In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add Lemon and Seasonings: Stir in the lemon juice, lemon zest, white wine (if using), and paprika. Let the sauce simmer for 2-3 minutes until slightly reduced.
- Toss the Lobster in the Sauce: Return the cooked lobster to the skillet and toss to coat in the garlic butter sauce. Cook for another 1-2 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
- Garnish and Serve: Season with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
