½ cup BBQ sauce
For the mac ‘n’ cheese filling:

1 cup elbow macaroni, cooked

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

½ cup heavy cream

½ tsp garlic powder

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix thoroughly.

In a separate bowl, combine the cooked macaroni, shredded cheddar cheese, heavy cream, and garlic powder. Stir until well mixed.

Shape half of the meat mixture into a loaf shape on a baking sheet. Create a hollow center within the meatloaf to fill with the mac ‘n’ cheese mixture.
