- 2 cups thick non-fat plain Greek yogurt (e.g., Fage)
- 1 large egg, lightly beaten
- 2 tablespoons Everything Bagel Seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper and spray it with no-stick cooking spray.
- Mix the Dough: In a large mixing bowl, combine the self-rising flour and Greek yogurt. Mix until crumbly.
- Knead the Dough: Turn the mixture onto a lightly floured surface. Brush your hands with flour and knead the dough until it forms a cohesive ball.
- Shape the Bagels: Divide the dough into 8 equal pieces and shape each piece into a ball. Poke your thumb through the center of each ball and gently stretch it until you have a bagel-shaped ring. Place the shaped bagels on the prepared baking sheet.
- Add Toppings: Brush the tops of the bagels with the beaten egg and sprinkle with Everything Bagel Seasoning.
- Bake: Bake in the top rack of the oven for 25 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Cool and Serve: Allow to cool for 15 minutes before slicing.
