Description

A fun and delicious twist on traditional spaghetti, these spaghetti tacos combine seasoned ground beef, marinara sauce, and pasta all nestled in crispy taco shells, topped with melted mozzarella cheese. Perfect for a quick family dinner!


Ingredients

  • 1 pound 85% lean ground beef
  • 1½ tablespoons Garlic Garlic™ Seasoning
  • 1 (28 ounce) can crushed tomatoes
  • 4 tablespoons Mama Mia™ Marinara Sauce Mix
  • 8 ounces spaghetti pasta
  • 12 stand ‘n stuff hard taco shells
  • 1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  • Cook Ground Beef: In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook and crumble the ground beef with the Garlic Garlic Seasoning until no longer pink. Drain any excess fat.
  • Make Sauce: Add the crushed tomatoes and Mama Mia Marinara Sauce Mix to the skillet. Stir to combine and bring to a simmer. Reduce heat and let it simmer for about 10 minutes.
  • Cook Spaghetti: Meanwhile, prepare the spaghetti pasta according to the package directions. Drain well.
  • Combine: Stir the cooked spaghetti into the meat sauce until well combined.
  • Assemble Tacos: Divide the spaghetti and meat sauce mixture among the taco shells and top each with shredded mozzarella cheese.
  • Serve: Enjoy your spaghetti tacos with a garden salad on the side!

Notes

Make Ahead & Freeze: Combine the ground beef and Garlic Garlic Seasoning in a gallon freezer bag. In a separate quart freezer bag, combine the crushed tomatoes and Mama Mia Marinara Sauce Mix. Seal both bags well, label, and freeze. When ready to use, thaw completely and continue with step 1.
