Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine shrimp, mango, avocado, red onion, cherry tomatoes, and cilantro.
- In a small bowl, whisk together lime juice, olive oil, salt, pepper, and jalapeño if using.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine without mashing the avocado.
- Serve immediately or chill for 20 minutes to let flavors meld.

- Use fresh cooked shrimp or thawed frozen shrimp for convenience.
