Ingredients

  • 1 large head of cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 12 tbsp Sriracha sauce (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
  • Lemon wedges (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven: Set to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Mix the sauce: In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, maple syrup, Sriracha, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
