- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour (optional, for firmer texture)

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) or preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C). If frying, heat oil in a deep skillet to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix ingredients: In a large bowl, combine mashed potatoes, cheddar cheese, Parmesan, green onions, egg, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Add flour if needed for consistency (mixture should hold its shape).
- Shape into puffs: Scoop about 1–2 tablespoons of the mixture and roll into balls or slightly flatten into small discs.
- Choose cooking method:
- Oven: Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet, spray with oil, and bake for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
- Air Fryer: Place in a single layer in the basket, spray with oil, and cook for 10–12 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- Frying: Fry in batches for 2–3 minutes per side or until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.
- Serve: Serve hot with dipping sauce like sour cream, ranch, or ketchup. Enjoy!
