- 1/4 cup fresh spinach leaves
- 1 slice mozzarella cheese or provolone cheese

Prepare the Ingredients:
- Crumble the feta cheese and chop the sun-dried tomatoes and Kalamata olives.
- Wash and dry the spinach leaves.
- Slice the bread if not pre-sliced.
