Description

Melt in Mouth Chicken is ultra-tender, juicy, and coated in a rich, savory, slightly tangy sauce. It’s an easy, flavorful dinner that’s perfect with rice, potatoes, or veggies!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt for a lighter option)
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  3. Place the chicken breasts in the baking dish.
  4. Spread the mayonnaise mixture evenly over the top of each chicken breast, coating them completely.
  5. Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) and the top is golden and bubbly.
  6. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy!

Notes

  • For extra crispiness, broil for the last 2–3 minutes of baking time.
  • Use Greek yogurt instead of mayonnaise for a tangier, lighter flavor.
  • Add a sprinkle of fresh herbs like parsley or chives before serving for a pop of color and freshness.
