Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise

  • 1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Chopped parsley, optional, for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  • In a large bowl, mix together the cooked chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, mayonnaise, cheddar cheese, and mozzarella cheese. Season with salt and pepper. Stir until well combined.

  • In a separate bowl, mix the crushed Ritz crackers with the melted butter until well coated.
