This Million Dollar Pie is a deliciously creamy, tropical dessert with a buttery graham cracker crust, loaded with sweetened condensed milk, coconut, pineapple, mandarin oranges, and pecans. It’s the perfect no-bake treat to wow your guests!

Crust:
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup salted butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
Filling:
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup sweetened flaked coconut
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1 (20 oz) can crushed pineapple, well drained
- 1 (11 oz) can mandarin oranges, well drained
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 (8 oz) container Cool Whip
Instructions
- Prepare the Crust: Combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Mix well, then press firmly into a 9-inch deep-dish pie plate. Bake at 325°F (163°C) for 10 minutes. Set aside to cool.
- Toast the Coconut: Spread 1/3 cup of coconut on a rimmed baking sheet. Bake at 325°F (163°C) for 4-6 minutes, stirring once. Remove from the oven and set aside to cool.
- Prepare the Filling: In a large mixing bowl, combine the sweetened condensed milk and lemon juice. Mix well. Stir in the drained pineapple, mandarin oranges, and chopped pecans, reserving 1-2 tablespoons of pecans. Fold in the Cool Whip and untoasted coconut.
- Spoon the filling into the prepared pie crust. Sprinkle the top with the toasted coconut and reserved pecans.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours to set. Garnish with maraschino cherries before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, you can add a few drops of vanilla extract to the filling.
- If you prefer a sweeter filling, feel free to add a little more sugar to the mixture.
- This pie can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 days before serving.
