Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz Cream cheese, softened
  • 4 oz Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 4 oz Creamy goat cheese
  • 2 tbsp Fresh chives, chopped (or green onions)
  • 1 tbsp Fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Onion powder

  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper
  • 10 slices Bacon, cooked until crispy and crumbled
  • 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, grated cheddar cheese, goat cheese, chopped chives, parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well until the ingredients are fully combined and smooth.
  2. Roll the cheese mixture into small bite-sized balls, about 1 inch in diameter, and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  3. In a separate shallow bowl, combine the crumbled bacon and panko breadcrumbs.
  4. Carefully roll each cheese ball in the bacon and breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to coat them evenly.
  5. Place the coated cheese balls back onto the baking sheet and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set.
  6. Before serving, garnish the cheese balls with freshly chopped parsley for a pop of color.
  7. Serve cold or at room temperature and enjoy these mini cheese balls wrapped in bacon!
