Description
Delicious mini lobster rolls made with tender lobster meat tossed in a light mayo dressing, served on buttery toasted mini buns. Perfect for parties and special occasions.
Ingredients

- 1 lb cooked lobster meat, chopped
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh chives
- 1 celery stalk, finely diced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 mini hot dog buns or slider buns
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- Optional: lettuce leaves for serving
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, gently mix lobster meat, mayonnaise, lemon juice, chives, and celery. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Preheat a skillet over medium heat. Brush the outsides of the mini buns with melted butter.
- Toast the buns in the skillet until golden brown on both sides, about 2 minutes per side.
- Fill each toasted bun with the lobster mixture. Add lettuce if desired.
- Serve immediately as an appetizer or light meal.

- Use fresh or thawed cooked lobster meat for best flavor.
- For a lighter option, substitute mayonnaise with Greek yogurt.
