Delicious mini lobster rolls made with tender lobster meat tossed in a light mayo dressing, served on buttery toasted mini buns. Perfect for parties and special occasions.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb cooked lobster meat, chopped
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh chives
  • 1 celery stalk, finely diced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 mini hot dog buns or slider buns

  2. Preheat a skillet over medium heat. Brush the outsides of the mini buns with melted butter.

  4. Fill each toasted bun with the lobster mixture. Add lettuce if desired.
  5. Serve immediately as an appetizer or light meal.

Notes

  • Use fresh or thawed cooked lobster meat for best flavor.
  • For a lighter option, substitute mayonnaise with Greek yogurt.
