Ingredients
Scale
- 1 (8 oz) block cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp peppermint extract
- 1–2 drops green food coloring (optional, for that classic minty hue)

- ¾ cup mini chocolate chips
- ¼ cup chopped Andes mints or chocolate chunks (optional)
Instructions
- Mix the base: In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and butter until smooth and creamy.
- Add sweetness & flavor: Mix in powdered sugar, vanilla, and peppermint extract. If using, add a drop or two of green food coloring for that minty look.
- Fold in the fluff: Gently fold in the whipped topping until light and fluffy.
- Add the chocolate chips: Stir in mini chocolate chips and chopped Andes mints (if using).
Notes
- If you prefer a less sweet dip, reduce the powdered sugar to ¾ cup.
- You can substitute the Andes mints with chocolate chunks or mini chocolate bars.
- This dip can be served with fruit, cookies, or graham crackers.
