Description

Energizing Monster Bites for On-the-Go Snacking


Ingredients

  • 1 cup old-fashioned oats
  • 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup mini M&Ms
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • A pinch of salt

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the old-fashioned oats, natural peanut butter, honey, mini chocolate chips, mini M&Ms, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.
  • Stir the mixture until well combined. If the mixture is too sticky, add more oats; if too dry, add more peanut butter or honey.
  • Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
  • Roll the chilled mixture into small bite-sized balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
  • Place the energy bites on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and refrigerate for another 30 minutes to set.
  • Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
