- 1 can sweetened condensed milk (300 ml Canada, 14 oz US)
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups dried coconut (fine or medium cut)
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips
- Additional graham crumbs for rolling the cookie balls
Instructions
- Melt the Butter: In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Once melted, remove from heat and stir in the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract until well blended.
- Combine Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, add the graham cracker crumbs, dried coconut, and chocolate chips. Pour the melted butter mixture over the dry ingredients and mix until everything is well combined.
- Chill the Mixture: Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for about an hour.
- Shape the Cookie Balls: Once chilled, roll the mixture into 1 1/4-inch balls.
- Coat with Graham Crumbs: Roll each ball in additional graham cracker crumbs until evenly coated.
- Chill Again: Place the coated cookie balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and chill until firm.
- Store: Transfer the Moose Farts to a sealed container and refrigerate until ready to serve.
