Description

These Nacho Cheese Beef Wraps are a delicious combination of seasoned ground beef, creamy nacho cheese, and crunchy Doritos, all wrapped up in a soft flour tortilla. Perfect for a quick weeknight dinner or a game day treat!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 1 cup nacho cheese sauce
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 can Rotel (green chilis with diced tomatoes)
  • ½ cup chopped green peppers
  • ½ cup diced onions
  • 1 packet taco seasoning mix
  • Doritos (Nacho Cheese flavored), crushed
  • 4 flour tortilla wraps
  • Shredded lettuce

Instructions

  • In a skillet, crumble and brown the ground beef over medium heat until thoroughly cooked. Drain any excess fat.
  • Add the diced onions and chopped green peppers to the skillet. Sauté for about 4 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
  • Stir in the taco seasoning packet, ensuring the beef and vegetables are evenly coated.
  • In a separate bowl, combine the Rotel and nacho cheese sauce. Stir well to mix.
  • Lay the four flour tortillas flat on a clean surface.
  • Spoon a layer of the nacho cheese mixture down the center of each tortilla.
  • Top with the beef mixture, a dollop of sour cream, additional onions, peppers, and crushed Doritos for extra crunch.
  • Fold in the sides of the tortillas and roll them up tightly like burritos.
  • Heat another skillet over medium heat. Place the wraps seam-side down in the skillet and toast until crispy on both sides, about 2-3 minutes.
  • Serve immediately, topped with your favorite toppings.

Notes

  • Customize the wraps with your favorite toppings like salsa, guacamole, or additional cheese.
  • For a vegetarian version, substitute the ground beef with black beans or lentils.
