  • 1 cup nacho cheese sauce
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 can (10 oz) Rotel (diced tomatoes with green chilies)
  • ½ cup chopped green peppers
  • ½ cup diced onions
  • 1 packet taco seasoning mix
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup crushed Nacho Cheese Doritos
  • Shredded lettuce (optional, for serving)

Instructions

  • Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
  • Stir in the chopped green peppers and diced onions. Sauté for 4 minutes until softened.
  • Add the taco seasoning mix and cook for another 2 minutes, stirring well.
  • In a separate bowl, mix the Rotel and nacho cheese sauce until well combined.
  • Lay out the flour tortillas and spread a layer of the nacho cheese mixture down the center.
  • Top with seasoned beef, a dollop of sour cream, and crushed Doritos.
  • Fold in the sides and roll tightly like a burrito.
  • Toast in a hot skillet, seam-side down, for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  • Serve warm with shredded lettuce and additional toppings as desired.
