- 1 cup nacho cheese sauce
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1 can (10 oz) Rotel (diced tomatoes with green chilies)
- ½ cup chopped green peppers
- ½ cup diced onions
- 1 packet taco seasoning mix
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup crushed Nacho Cheese Doritos
- Shredded lettuce (optional, for serving)
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in the chopped green peppers and diced onions. Sauté for 4 minutes until softened.
- Add the taco seasoning mix and cook for another 2 minutes, stirring well.
- In a separate bowl, mix the Rotel and nacho cheese sauce until well combined.
- Lay out the flour tortillas and spread a layer of the nacho cheese mixture down the center.
- Top with seasoned beef, a dollop of sour cream, and crushed Doritos.
- Fold in the sides and roll tightly like a burrito.
- Toast in a hot skillet, seam-side down, for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Serve warm with shredded lettuce and additional toppings as desired.
