- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning mix
- 8 large flour tortillas
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup salsa
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup sliced jalapeños (optional)
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1 cup crushed tortilla chips
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.
- Drain excess fat and stir in taco seasoning with 1/4 cup water. Simmer for 5 minutes until thickened.
- Warm tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave until pliable.
- To assemble, spread a layer of shredded cheese on each tortilla, add a scoop of seasoned beef, then top with salsa, sour cream, diced tomatoes, jalapeños, green onions, and crushed tortilla chips.
- Roll up each tortilla tightly into a wrap.
- Optional: Place wraps seam-side down in a skillet and cook over medium heat for 2-3 minutes per side to melt the cheese and crisp the tortilla.
- Serve immediately with extra salsa or guacamole.

- For a healthier option, use whole wheat tortillas or lean ground beef.
- Add guacamole or chopped cilantro for extra flavor.
