Description

A flavorful and satisfying wrap filled with seasoned beef, melted cheese, and all the classic nacho toppings for a quick and delicious meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning mix
  • 8 large flour tortillas
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup sliced jalapeños (optional)
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 cup crushed tortilla chips
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.
  2. Drain excess fat and stir in taco seasoning with 1/4 cup water. Simmer for 5 minutes until thickened.
  3. Warm tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave until pliable.
  4. To assemble, spread a layer of shredded cheese on each tortilla, add a scoop of seasoned beef, then top with salsa, sour cream, diced tomatoes, jalapeños, green onions, and crushed tortilla chips.
  5. Roll up each tortilla tightly into a wrap.
  6. Optional: Place wraps seam-side down in a skillet and cook over medium heat for 2-3 minutes per side to melt the cheese and crisp the tortilla.
  7. Serve immediately with extra salsa or guacamole.

  • For a healthier option, use whole wheat tortillas or lean ground beef.
