Description

Crispy golden fries topped with spicy Nduja-infused ground beef, melty cheese, and fresh garnishes – the ultimate indulgent snack or party appetizer.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb frozen French fries or hand-cut potatoes
  • 1/2 lb ground beef
  • 2 tablespoons Nduja (spicy spreadable pork sausage)
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup sour cream (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons chopped chives or green onions
  • 1 tablespoon pickled jalapeños (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook fries according to package instructions or bake at 425°F (220°C) until golden and crispy.
  2. Meanwhile, in a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until no longer pink. Drain excess fat.
  3. Stir in the Nduja, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook for another 2–3 minutes until Nduja is fully melted into the beef.
  4. Once fries are cooked, spread them out on an oven-safe dish or tray.
  5. Top fries evenly with the Nduja beef mixture and shredded cheese.
  6. Return to oven and broil for 2–3 minutes or until cheese is fully melted and bubbly.
  7. Remove from oven and garnish with sour cream, chopped chives, and jalapeños if using.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy immediately.

Notes

  • Nduja adds a spicy, rich flavor – adjust the amount to your heat preference.
  • Use sweet potato fries for a flavor twist.
  • Great for sharing at game nights or parties.
