Description
Crispy golden fries topped with spicy Nduja-infused ground beef, melty cheese, and fresh garnishes – the ultimate indulgent snack or party appetizer.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 lb frozen French fries or hand-cut potatoes
- 1/2 lb ground beef
- 2 tablespoons Nduja (spicy spreadable pork sausage)
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup sour cream (optional)
- 2 tablespoons chopped chives or green onions
- 1 tablespoon pickled jalapeños (optional)
Instructions
- Cook fries according to package instructions or bake at 425°F (220°C) until golden and crispy.
- Meanwhile, in a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until no longer pink. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in the Nduja, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook for another 2–3 minutes until Nduja is fully melted into the beef.
- Once fries are cooked, spread them out on an oven-safe dish or tray.
- Top fries evenly with the Nduja beef mixture and shredded cheese.
- Return to oven and broil for 2–3 minutes or until cheese is fully melted and bubbly.
- Remove from oven and garnish with sour cream, chopped chives, and jalapeños if using.
- Serve hot and enjoy immediately.
Notes
- Nduja adds a spicy, rich flavor – adjust the amount to your heat preference.
- Use sweet potato fries for a flavor twist.
- Great for sharing at game nights or parties.
