- 1 tablespoon hot sauce (like Louisiana or Crystal)
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil (if baking)

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425ยฐF (220ยฐC) or heat oil in a fryer to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC) if frying.
- In a large bowl, toss chicken wings with Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, paprika, black pepper, and cayenne. Drizzle with hot sauce and melted butter; toss to coat evenly.
- If baking: Line a baking sheet with foil and place a wire rack on top. Lightly oil the rack and arrange wings in a single layer. Bake for 35โ40 minutes, turning halfway through, until crispy and cooked through.
- If frying: Deep-fry wings in batches for 8โ10 minutes or until golden brown and fully cooked. Drain on paper towels.
- Optional: Toss baked or fried wings in additional melted butter and hot sauce for extra flavor.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot with ranch or blue cheese dressing.
