Description
Tender beef tips cooked to perfection in the Ninja Foodi with a sweet and savory teriyaki glaze. This easy, flavorful dish pairs perfectly with rice or vegetables and is great for busy weeknights.

- 1.5 lbs beef sirloin tips or stew meat, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons cold water (for slurry)
- Sesame seeds and chopped green onions for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Turn the Ninja Foodi to ‘Sauté’ and heat the vegetable oil. Add the beef tips and brown on all sides, working in batches if needed. Remove and set aside.
- In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, honey, water, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger.
- Return the beef to the pot and pour the teriyaki mixture over it. Stir to coat evenly.
- Seal the lid, set to ‘Pressure Cook’ on high for 15 minutes. Make sure the valve is set to ‘Seal’.
- Once done, let the pressure release naturally for 10 minutes, then quick release any remaining pressure.
- Turn the Foodi back to ‘Sauté’. Mix cornstarch with cold water to make a slurry and stir it into the pot. Cook for 2–3 minutes, stirring constantly, until the sauce thickens.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions if desired. Serve over rice or steamed vegetables.
Notes
- You can substitute beef with chicken or tofu for variation.
- For extra flavor, marinate the beef in the teriyaki sauce for 30 minutes before cooking.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Reheat in the Foodi or microwave.
