Description

No Bake Avalanche Cookies are easy, no-bake treats packed with oats, peanut butter, chocolate, and a mix of crunchy and chewy ingredients, perfect for quick snacks or dessert.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups quick oats
  • 1 cup peanut butter (natural or creamy)
  • 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts (walnuts, almonds, or peanuts)
  • 1/4 cup shredded coconut (optional)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a medium saucepan, warm peanut butter and honey over low heat until melted and smooth.
  2. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
  3. In a large bowl, combine oats, chocolate chips, chopped nuts, and shredded coconut.
  4. Pour the peanut butter mixture over the dry ingredients and mix thoroughly until well combined.
  5. Using a spoon, drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto parchment-lined baking sheet.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour until set.
  7. Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
