Instructions

  1. Prepare the mixture: In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded coconut, oats, and salt.

  2. Melt the chocolate: In a small microwave-safe bowl, heat the peanut butter and honey together in the microwave for 20-30 seconds until soft and melted. Stir to combine.
