Description

No Bake Crispy Snickers Bars combine the classic flavors of Snickers candy bars with crispy rice cereal in a rich, no-bake peanut butter and chocolate layered treat.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup honey or corn syrup
  • 3 Snickers bars, chopped into small pieces

Instructions

  1. Line a 9×9-inch pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt peanut butter and butter together in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  3. Stir in honey or corn syrup until well combined.
  4. Mix in crispy rice cereal and chopped Snickers pieces until evenly coated.
  5. Press the mixture firmly into the prepared pan.
  6. In a separate microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  7. Pour melted chocolate over the pressed mixture and spread evenly.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.
  9. Cut into bars and serve.
