- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup honey or corn syrup
- 3 Snickers bars, chopped into small pieces
Instructions
- Line a 9×9-inch pan with parchment paper.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt peanut butter and butter together in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
- Stir in honey or corn syrup until well combined.
- Mix in crispy rice cereal and chopped Snickers pieces until evenly coated.
- Press the mixture firmly into the prepared pan.
- In a separate microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
- Pour melted chocolate over the pressed mixture and spread evenly.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.
- Cut into bars and serve.
