- 1 cup light corn syrup
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 5 cups Rice Krispies cereal
- 34–36 Hershey’s kiss candies, unwrapped
Instructions
- Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Heat the light corn syrup, white sugar, and creamy peanut butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir until the mixture is smooth and the sugar has completely dissolved. Remove from heat.
- Pour the peanut butter mixture over the Rice Krispies cereal in a large bowl. Stir until the cereal is fully coated.
- Using a small cookie scoop (about 1 1/2 tablespoons) or a spoon, drop portions of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheets.
- Press an unwrapped Hershey’s kiss into the center of each cookie while they are still warm.
