Description

Delightfully sweet and crunchy, these No Bake Pecan Coconut Praline Cookies are a perfect treat for any occasion. With a rich blend of pecans and coconut, these cookies come together in just 20 minutes, offering a deliciously satisfying dessert without the need for baking.


Ingredients

  • 2½ cups sugar
  • ½ cup evaporated milk
  • ½ cup corn syrup
  • ½ cup butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 cups chopped pecans
  • 2½ cups grated coconut

Instructions

  • Prepare Ingredients: Set pecans, coconut, and vanilla off to the side.
  • Mix and Boil: In a large saucepan, mix sugar, evaporated milk, corn syrup, and butter. Bring the mixture to a rolling boil and continue boiling for 3 minutes.
  • Add Pecans and Coconut: Remove the saucepan from the heat and add the pecans, coconut, and vanilla. Stir the mixture for about 4 minutes until well combined.
  • Form Cookies: Take a spoonful of the mixture and place it on wax paper. Let it sit until the mixture has hardened.
  • Serve: Once the cookies have set, remove them from the wax paper and enjoy.
