Description

No Bake S’mores Cheesecake Bars combine a graham cracker crust with a creamy cheesecake layer and a toasted marshmallow topping, capturing the beloved campfire treat in a convenient bar form.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy cream, whipped
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup chocolate chips


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press evenly into the bottom of a lined 9×9-inch pan to form the crust. Chill in the refrigerator while preparing filling.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Gently fold in whipped heavy cream until fully combined.
  4. Spread the cheesecake filling evenly over the chilled crust.
  5. Sprinkle chocolate chips evenly over the cheesecake layer.
  6. Top with mini marshmallows, pressing them lightly into the filling.
  7. Use a kitchen torch to toast the marshmallows until golden brown, or place under the broiler for 1-2 minutes watching closely.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set before slicing into bars.
