Instructions
- Prepare the Jello: Dissolve the strawberry Jello in 1 cup of boiling water. Stir until fully dissolved, then add the sliced strawberries. Refrigerate until firm (about 2-4 hours).
- Make the Cream Filling: In a bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar. Mix until smooth, then gently fold in the whipped cream until the mixture is light and fluffy.
- Assemble the Lasagna: In a rectangular dish, layer the graham crackers at the bottom. Spread a layer of the cream cheese mixture over the crackers, followed by a layer of the strawberry Jello mixture. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with a cream cheese layer on top.
