Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press mixture firmly into a 9-inch pie pan to form the crust. Chill in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice, and lemon zest, mixing until creamy and combined.
- Fold in whipped topping gently until evenly mixed.
- Pour filling over the chilled crust and spread evenly.
- Arrange sliced strawberries on top of the filling.
