- 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter or almond butter

Instructions
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine white chocolate chips, honey, and peanut butter. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
- Stir in vanilla extract and salt.
- Add oats and dried cranberries to the mixture, stirring until well coated.
- Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, shaping into clusters.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour until firm.
- Store clusters in an airtight container in the fridge.
