Description

These soft and fluffy no-yeast dinner rolls are quick and easy to make, with just a few simple ingredients. Perfect for last-minute dinners!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise or softened butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease or line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
  2. Mix Dry Ingredients:
In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.
  3. Add Wet Ingredients:
Add the milk and mayonnaise (or softened butter) to the dry ingredients. Stir until just combined—don’t overmix! The dough will be sticky.
  4. Portion the Dough:
Scoop the dough into the muffin tin, filling each cup about 2/3 full.
  5. Bake:
Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown.
  6. Serve:
Remove from the oven and brush the tops with melted butter for extra flavor. Serve warm!

Notes

  • For an extra touch, you can brush the rolls with garlic butter after baking.
  • If you don’t have mayonnaise, softened butter can be used as a substitute for richness.
