Description

  • 1 cup crushed digestive biscuits
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

For the filling:

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup whipped cream

  • Chopped peanuts
  • Chocolate drizzle

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  • In a bowl, mix crushed biscuits and melted butter. Press the mixture into a tart pan and bake for 10 minutes.
  • In another bowl, beat together the peanut butter, cream cheese, and powdered sugar until smooth. Gently fold in the whipped cream.
  • Spread the filling into the cooled crust and chill for 2 hours.
  • Before serving, garnish with chopped peanuts and a drizzle of chocolate.
