Description

This One-Pot Macaroni Cheeseburger Soup is a hearty, creamy dish that combines the delicious flavors of a cheeseburger with the comforting goodness of macaroni and beef broth. Perfect for a quick weeknight dinner, this soup is easy to make and doesn’t require any Velveeta cheese. It’s a family favorite that comes together in under 30 minutes!


Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 2 cups elbow macaroni
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup milk
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Brown Beef: Cook ground beef and diced onion in a large pot until browned and soft. Drain excess fat.
    2️⃣ Add Broth: Pour in beef broth and bring to a boil.
    3️⃣ Cook Macaroni: Stir in macaroni, cook for 7-8 minutes until al dente.
    4️⃣ Add Cheese & Milk: Lower heat, stir in milk and cheddar, and cook until the cheese has melted and the soup is creamy.
    5️⃣ Season & Serve: Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.

  • For a thicker soup, reduce the amount of beef broth.
  • You can substitute ground turkey for a lighter version of the soup.
