Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 2 cups beef broth
- 2 cups elbow macaroni
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup milk
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
Brown Beef: Cook ground beef and diced onion in a large pot until browned and soft. Drain excess fat.
2️⃣ Add Broth: Pour in beef broth and bring to a boil.
3️⃣ Cook Macaroni: Stir in macaroni, cook for 7-8 minutes until al dente.
4️⃣ Add Cheese & Milk: Lower heat, stir in milk and cheddar, and cook until the cheese has melted and the soup is creamy.
5️⃣ Season & Serve: Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.

- For a thicker soup, reduce the amount of beef broth.
