This One-Skillet Garlic Butter Steak & Cheese Ravioli is a quick, savory meal with tender steak, rich garlic butter, and cheesy ravioli—all cooked in one skillet for easy cleanup. Perfect for a busy weeknight dinner!

- 1 lb steak (sirloin or flank steak), sliced into thin strips
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lb cheese ravioli (fresh or frozen)
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish, optional)
- Grated Parmesan cheese (for garnish, optional)
Instructions
- Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season the steak strips with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Add the steak to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes, until browned and cooked through. Remove the steak from the skillet and set it aside.
- In the same skillet, add another tablespoon of olive oil and 2 tablespoons of butter. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes, until fragrant.
- Add the ravioli to the skillet and cook according to the package instructions (about 3-4 minutes for fresh ravioli or 5-6 minutes for frozen ravioli), stirring occasionally to coat in the garlic butter.
- Once the ravioli is cooked, return the steak to the skillet and toss everything together. Add the remaining tablespoon of butter and stir to combine until everything is coated in the garlic butter sauce.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and grated Parmesan cheese, if desired. Serve immediately.
Notes
- For an added kick, you can sprinkle some red pepper flakes on top.
- You can use any type of steak, but sirloin or flank steak works best for quick cooking.
- Add a side of sautéed vegetables or a simple salad to complete the meal.
