Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
- In a large bowl, cream the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy.
- Add the egg, orange zest, orange juice, and vanilla extract. Mix until combined.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough and place them on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
- While the cookies are cooling, mix the powdered sugar and orange juice together to create the glaze.
- Once the cookies are completely cooled, drizzle the glaze over the top.
- Let the glaze set for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!

- For extra orange flavor, you can add more orange zest or a few drops of orange extract to the dough.
