Description

A creative and delicious no-bake dessert that mimics sushi rolls using crushed Oreos, cream cheese, and sweet fillings. Perfect for parties or a fun treat!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 24 Oreo cookies, crushed
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup crushed Oreos (for rolling)
  • Fresh strawberries or other fruit, sliced (optional filling)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Crush Oreos finely (24 cookies) and mix with the cream cheese mixture to form a dough-like consistency.
  3. Place the mixture on a large piece of plastic wrap, spread into a rectangle about 1/2 inch thick.
  4. Optional: Place sliced strawberries or fruit evenly on top of the rectangle.
  5. Using the plastic wrap, carefully roll the mixture into a tight log shape.
  6. Roll the log in crushed Oreos (1/2 cup) to coat the outside.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before slicing into “sushi” pieces.
  8. Serve chilled and enjoy!

Notes

  • Use gluten-free Oreos for a gluten-free dessert.
  • Try different fruits like kiwi or mango for variation.
  • Can be made a day ahead and kept refrigerated.
