Ingredients
Scale
- 24 Oreo cookies, crushed
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup crushed Oreos (for rolling)
- Fresh strawberries or other fruit, sliced (optional filling)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Crush Oreos finely (24 cookies) and mix with the cream cheese mixture to form a dough-like consistency.
- Place the mixture on a large piece of plastic wrap, spread into a rectangle about 1/2 inch thick.
- Optional: Place sliced strawberries or fruit evenly on top of the rectangle.
- Using the plastic wrap, carefully roll the mixture into a tight log shape.
- Roll the log in crushed Oreos (1/2 cup) to coat the outside.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before slicing into “sushi” pieces.
- Serve chilled and enjoy!
Notes
- Use gluten-free Oreos for a gluten-free dessert.
- Try different fruits like kiwi or mango for variation.
- Can be made a day ahead and kept refrigerated.
