- 24 Oreo cookies, crushed
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 10 Oreo cookies, chopped
- Chocolate shavings or extra crushed Oreos for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Mix crushed Oreos with melted butter until combined. Press firmly into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie dish to form the crust. Chill in the fridge for 15 minutes.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
- Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract and continue beating until combined.
- In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold whipped cream and chopped Oreos into the cream cheese mixture until well combined.
- Pour filling into the prepared crust and smooth the top.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight until set.
- Garnish with chocolate shavings or crushed Oreos before serving, if desired.
Notes
- Use regular or double-stuffed Oreos as preferred.
- For a firmer filling, add 1 teaspoon of unflavored gelatin dissolved in 2 tablespoons of warm water.
- Serve with fresh berries for added freshness.
