Description

Oreo Cream Pie is a decadent no-bake dessert featuring a chocolate Oreo crust filled with a creamy, fluffy Oreo-studded filling, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 24 Oreo cookies, crushed
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 10 Oreo cookies, chopped
  • Chocolate shavings or extra crushed Oreos for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Mix crushed Oreos with melted butter until combined. Press firmly into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie dish to form the crust. Chill in the fridge for 15 minutes.
  2. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
  3. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract and continue beating until combined.
  4. In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  5. Gently fold whipped cream and chopped Oreos into the cream cheese mixture until well combined.
  6. Pour filling into the prepared crust and smooth the top.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight until set.
  8. Garnish with chocolate shavings or crushed Oreos before serving, if desired.

Notes

  • Use regular or double-stuffed Oreos as preferred.
  • For a firmer filling, add 1 teaspoon of unflavored gelatin dissolved in 2 tablespoons of warm water.
