Instructions
- Heat the butter in a skillet over medium heat until melted.
- In a small bowl, mix the brown sugar and cinnamon.
- Add the banana slices to the skillet in a single layer and cook for 1-2 minutes, until lightly browned.
- Sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture over the bananas and cook for another 1-2 minutes, flipping occasionally until the bananas are caramelized and golden.
- Stir in the vanilla extract and a pinch of salt, cooking for another 30 seconds.
- Remove from heat and serve immediately. Drizzle with maple syrup or honey if desired.
