  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Tajin seasoning
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp salt (or to taste)
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tbsp chopped cilantro (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, combine the Tajin seasoning, garlic powder, smoked paprika, cumin, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Rub the seasoning mix evenly over both sides of the chicken breasts.
  3. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  4. Add the chicken breasts to the skillet and cook for 6-7 minutes per side, or until the chicken is golden brown and fully cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F).
  5. Once cooked, remove the chicken from the skillet and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
