Ingredients

For the Spicy Mayo:

1 tbsp sriracha (adjust to taste)

1 tsp lime juice

½ tsp honey

Prep Coating: In a shallow bowl, mix panko, both sesame seeds, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and cayenne.

Dredge Salmon: Pat salmon dry. Toss cubes in flour, dip in beaten egg, then coat thoroughly in panko mixture.

Pan-Fry: Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat. Cook salmon bites for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.
