Description

  • 1 tsp onion powder

  • ½ tsp smoked paprika

  • ¼ tsp cayenne pepper (optional)

  • 2 large eggs, beaten

  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour

  • 3 tbsp avocado oil (or olive oil)

For the Spicy Mayo:

  • ¼ cup mayonnaise

  • 1 tbsp sriracha (adjust to taste)

  • 1 tsp lime juice

  • ½ tsp honey

  • Pinch of salt

For Garnish:

  • Thinly sliced green onions

  • Lime wedges


Instructions

  1. Prep Coating: In a shallow bowl, mix panko, both sesame seeds, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and cayenne.

  2. Dredge Salmon: Pat salmon dry. Toss cubes in flour, dip in beaten egg, then coat thoroughly in panko mixture.

  3. Pan-Fry: Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat. Cook salmon bites for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.

  4. Make Sauce: Whisk together all spicy mayo ingredients in small bowl.

  5. Serve: Arrange salmon bites on platter with dipping sauce. Garnish with green onions and lime wedges.
