Ingredients

Scale

For the donuts:

  • 1 can biscuit dough (or homemade dough)
  • Oil for frying

For the cheesecake filling:

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

For the peach cobbler filling:

  • 2 cups diced peaches (fresh or canned)
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch mixed with 2 tbsp water

Instructions

  • Heat oil in a deep fryer or skillet to 350°F. Flatten the biscuit dough slightly, then fry until golden brown and puffed. Drain on paper towels.
  • Beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until creamy.
  • In a saucepan over medium heat, cook the peaches, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Stir in the cornstarch slurry and cook until the mixture thickens. Cool slightly.
  • Mix the peach cobbler filling with the cheesecake filling. Transfer to a piping bag.
  • Use a knife to make a small hole in each donut. Pipe in the peach cobbler cheesecake filling.
  • Serve warm or cooled.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, you can sprinkle powdered sugar on top of the donuts before serving.
  • You can also substitute canned peaches for fresh peaches if necessary.
  • These donuts are best served fresh but can be stored in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
