Description

Peach Cobbler Cinnamon Rolls are the ultimate fusion of two beloved desserts—gooey cinnamon rolls and sweet, juicy peach cobbler. These fluffy rolls are filled with a spiced brown sugar mixture and layered with tender peaches, then baked to golden perfection and topped with a luscious vanilla glaze. Perfect for brunch, holidays, or a cozy treat any time of year.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package (about 12) refrigerated cinnamon rolls with icing
  • 2 cups canned or fresh peaches, diced
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch (optional, for thickening if using fresh peaches)
  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted

For the Topping:

  • Reserved icing from cinnamon roll package
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional, for extra flavor)
  • Powdered sugar or extra glaze for serving (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8×8 or 9-inch round baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, combine diced peaches with brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg (if using), and cornstarch if needed. Stir to coat.
  3. Unroll the cinnamon rolls slightly and spoon a bit of the peach mixture into the spiral of each roll, then roll them back up gently.
  4. Place cinnamon rolls in the prepared baking dish. Pour remaining peach mixture over and around the rolls. Drizzle with melted butter.
  5. Bake for 25–30 minutes or until the rolls are golden and cooked through. Cover loosely with foil if browning too quickly.
  6. Let cool slightly. Stir vanilla extract into the reserved icing, then drizzle over the warm rolls.
  7. Serve warm, optionally topped with extra powdered sugar or a scoop of vanilla ice cream for dessert-style indulgence.

Notes

  • You can use fresh, canned, or frozen peaches—just drain canned peaches well and thaw frozen ones before use.
  • For homemade cinnamon rolls, simply swap in your favorite recipe and follow the same filling and baking method.
  • Add chopped pecans or crumble topping for extra texture and flavor.
  • Store leftovers covered at room temp for 1 day or in the fridge up to 3 days.
