Ingredients

  • 1 bottle (750ml) dry white wine (such as Sauvignon Blanc or Pinot Grigio)
  • 1/2 cup peach schnapps
  • 1/4 cup brandy (optional)
  • 2 fresh peaches, thinly sliced
  • 1 orange, thinly sliced
  • 1 lemon, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar (or to taste)
  • 1 1/2 cups club soda or sparkling water (for topping)
  • Ice cubes, for serving


Instructions

  1. In a large pitcher, combine white wine, peach schnapps, brandy (if using), sugar, peach slices, orange slices, and lemon slices. Stir well to dissolve sugar.
  2. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight, to allow flavors to meld.
