- 1 bottle (750ml) dry white wine (such as Sauvignon Blanc or Pinot Grigio)
- 1/2 cup peach schnapps
- 1/4 cup brandy (optional)
- 2 fresh peaches, thinly sliced
- 1 orange, thinly sliced
- 1 lemon, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar (or to taste)
- 1 1/2 cups club soda or sparkling water (for topping)
- Ice cubes, for serving
Instructions
- In a large pitcher, combine white wine, peach schnapps, brandy (if using), sugar, peach slices, orange slices, and lemon slices. Stir well to dissolve sugar.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight, to allow flavors to meld.
- When ready to serve, add ice to glasses and pour in the sangria, topping each glass with a splash of club soda or sparkling water for fizz.
- Garnish with extra peach slices or mint sprigs if desired.

- For a sweeter drink, use Moscato or Riesling instead of dry white wine.
