Deliciously soft and fluffy cinnamon rolls filled with sweet peach jam, topped with a creamy glaze. Perfect for breakfast or brunch!

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ¾ cup milk
- ¼ cup butter, melted
- ½ cup peach jam
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp milk (for glaze)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Mix well.
- Add milk and melted butter to the dry ingredients and stir to form a dough.
- On a floured surface, roll out the dough into a rectangle.
- Spread peach jam over the dough, then sprinkle with cinnamon.
- Roll the dough tightly from one end to the other and cut into slices.
- Place the rolls in the greased baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden.
- For the glaze, mix powdered sugar and milk in a bowl, then drizzle over the rolls before serving.
Notes
- Feel free to adjust the sweetness by adding more or less sugar in the glaze.
- These rolls are best served warm, fresh from the oven.
