Description

Deliciously soft and fluffy cinnamon rolls filled with sweet peach jam, topped with a creamy glaze. Perfect for breakfast or brunch!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¾ cup milk
  • ¼ cup butter, melted
  • ½ cup peach jam
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp milk (for glaze)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Mix well.
  • Add milk and melted butter to the dry ingredients and stir to form a dough.
  • On a floured surface, roll out the dough into a rectangle.
  • Spread peach jam over the dough, then sprinkle with cinnamon.
  • Roll the dough tightly from one end to the other and cut into slices.
  • Place the rolls in the greased baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden.
  • For the glaze, mix powdered sugar and milk in a bowl, then drizzle over the rolls before serving.

Notes

  • Feel free to adjust the sweetness by adding more or less sugar in the glaze.
  • These rolls are best served warm, fresh from the oven.
