Instructions
- In a medium bowl, mix the peanut butter and softened butter until smooth and creamy.
- Gradually add the powdered sugar to the peanut butter mixture, stirring until fully combined and the mixture is thick.
- Fold in the Rice Krispies cereal until evenly coated.
- Using your hands or a spoon, form the peanut butter mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter. Place the balls on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- In a heatproof bowl, melt the chocolate chips with the vegetable oil (if using) in the microwave, stirring every 20-30 seconds until smooth and melted.
- Dip each peanut butter ball into the melted chocolate, covering it completely. Return the chocolate-covered balls to the parchment-lined sheet.
