  • 1/4 cup packed brown sugar

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour

  • 1/2 tsp baking soda

  • 1/4 tsp salt

  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. In a large bowl, combine brownie mix, peanut butter, softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar. Mix until well combined.

  3. Add the egg and vanilla extract, then stir in the flour, baking soda, and salt until a dough forms.
