Ingredients
Scale
- 1/2 cup natural peanut butter (unsweetened)
- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
- 2 tbsp maple syrup (or honey)
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of sea salt
- Optional: mini chocolate chips or chopped nuts for topping
Instructions
- In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the melted coconut oil, peanut butter, and maple syrup until smooth.
- Add cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and a pinch of sea salt. Stir until fully combined and no lumps remain.
- Line a small loaf pan or freezer-safe dish with parchment paper. Pour the mixture into the pan and spread evenly.
- Sprinkle mini chocolate chips or chopped nuts on top if desired.
- Place in the freezer for at least 1–2 hours, or until firm.
- Once solid, lift out of the pan and cut into small squares. Store in an airtight container in the freezer.
Notes
- This fudge is meant to be kept in the freezer and enjoyed cold—it will soften quickly at room temperature.
- You can substitute almond butter, sunflower seed butter, or tahini for a nut-free option.
- Add a swirl of melted dark chocolate on top before freezing for extra richness.
