Description

This Peanut Butter Chocolate Freezer Fudge is a quick and healthy no-bake treat made with just a few simple ingredients. Creamy, rich, and perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth without turning on the oven.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup natural peanut butter (unsweetened)
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup (or honey)
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • Optional: mini chocolate chips or chopped nuts for topping

Instructions

  1. In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the melted coconut oil, peanut butter, and maple syrup until smooth.
  2. Add cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and a pinch of sea salt. Stir until fully combined and no lumps remain.
  3. Line a small loaf pan or freezer-safe dish with parchment paper. Pour the mixture into the pan and spread evenly.
  4. Sprinkle mini chocolate chips or chopped nuts on top if desired.
  5. Place in the freezer for at least 1–2 hours, or until firm.
  6. Once solid, lift out of the pan and cut into small squares. Store in an airtight container in the freezer.

Notes

  • This fudge is meant to be kept in the freezer and enjoyed cold—it will soften quickly at room temperature.
